  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  Please remember, quality service is customarily acknowledged by a tip/gratuity of 15%-20% to the Chauffeur. (This is what the Chauffeur works for.)

  $_____________  (Temporary surcharge for fuel is Not included in this price at this time.) Rate agreed upon for this commitment in this contract.
   

  1. Personal checks for deposit must have TWO WEEKS to clear before the date of the pick-up.  Any remaining balance MUST be paid to the Chauffeur prior to leaving for the event by way of cash or pre-authorized credit card.  Absolutely no checks will be accepted at pick-up.
  2. No refund of the deposit will be made due to the cancellation of this contract.
  3. This contract is not valid until deposit and signed contract is received.
  4. Smoking is prohibited inside the Limousines at all times.
  5. Under age consumption of alcoholic beverages and any form of illegal drug usage is strictly prohibited.
  6. Robert Hall GoldStar Limousines, Inc., will not be liable for the safekeeping of any items left in the Limousine.
  7. Fighting, or any other behaviors deemed inappropriate by the Chauffeur will result in the return of the Client (this includes the renter of the limousine and all occupants) to the pick-up location and no refunds will be issued.
  8. Client agrees to pay for any damages to the Limousine due to negligence (i.e.. upholstery stains, spillage, glass breakage, etc.).  If sickness occurs on or in the Limousine there will be a $250 clean up fee.Customer authorizes GoldStar Limousine, to apply any outstanding balance to the credit card shown on the contract.
  9. The term "transfer" is defined as one pick-up and one drop-off charter. Example: (airport and wedding transfers). Transfer wait time will be charged after 30 minutes at the hourly rate for each hour there after as contracted for the sedan or limousine.
  10. If the contract exceeds the drop-off time, the Client is responsible for additional monies due at the conclusion of the rental.
  11. A deposit of one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) along with the signed Limousine Rental Agreement must be received by Robert Hall GoldStar Limousines, Inc., in order to confirm your reservation request.
